Nominee’s Statement in Favor of Their Candidacy: It is an honor to be considered for a position on the executive council. My experience, passion, and dedication make me an ideal candidate. Over the years, I have cultivated an understanding of church governance. I have been on the Executive Council in Los Angeles and have been a Clergy Delegate to the General Convention 3 times: 2018, 2022, and 2024.

I have served on many different Diocesan committees, including the Hispanic Task Force, Commission on Ministry, Anti-racism and Reconciliation Task Force, Cursillo, and Gun Safety Working Group. I have learned the importance of creative problem-solving and adaptability, skills essential in addressing the opportunities and challenges we face.

I am excited to bring my skills to this role to further contribute to the growth of our commitment to inclusivity, spiritual enrichment, and community outreach.
