Nominee’s Statement in Favor of Their Candidacy: Ordained as Deacon 2022, Worked as a mental health therapist with homeless veterans from 2006-2022. Have supervised clinical interns since 2015 until presently. Married for 27 years and have a stepson and nine-year-old grandson. The diocese has been wonderfully supportive of me becoming a Deacon and supporting me in my ministry, and I feel a desire to give back to the diocese some of the support that I have and will (I am sure) continue to receive.
