Nominee’s Statement in Favor of Their Candidacy: If elected to the Standing Committee of the Diocese of San Diego, I will be an advocate for urban ministry, Latino and multicultural ministries, anti-racism, and for initiatives that serve the oppressed, the impoverished, the hungry, the displaced, and those in need whom we might otherwise overlook. My commitment to proclaim the Gospel to all is influenced by my life experiences as a Latino and native of Southern California.
