Nominee’s Statement in Favor of Their Candidacy: My past years on the Disciplinary Board have been uneventful, which is good news for the diocese. I have a background as a criminal defense lawyer and San Diego Superior Court judge. I believe firmly in transparent processes for those accused of wrongdoing, and fair consequences for those found to have fallen short.
